While I was at the Tanner Gun show in Denver today, I walked several isles. I was really happy to see hundreds of people looking around at the various displays and tables that had all kinds of great deals. As I sat in my doctor's office yesterday morning waiting to discuss the results of my MRI,  I wondered how I got myself into this mess. I was a high school and college athlete. I wonder how many of you want to lose weight, but really haven't started planning on how you want to accomplish that goal. I am getting calls from clients that want to lose weight for 2009.
